Driving back from Anacortes we took Rosario Road and followed the coastline south. Just a couple of miles north of Hwy 20, we came across Rosario Bay – the northern portion of Deception Pass State Park. Very peaceful.
At the far end of the park is a 20 foot wooden statue of the Maiden of Deception Pass.
