While I was taking pictures in the direction of our neighbor’s Madrona, looking across Hood Canal at Port Ludlow…20150311-D-HansLonglass-(244)I spotted a young adult eagle, his head was not yet fully white.  He’s got a fish:

He made it a point to fly past his mom perched on the staircase, cheering him on.

A new Kill Deer joined the cove and added her two cents.  “These family issues, REALLY! Keep that to yourselves.”
