We had some time to kill before our 7:30pm Ferry back to Port Angeles. Rose and Susan reeeealy wanted a carriage ride. I went along with it.
We were picked up right outside the Royal BC Museum. Just as we got on, a stranger offered to take pictures of us with Susan’s phone.
The tour was WONDERFUL. We went through an old neighborhood were many of the homes were over a hundred years old. Very quaint.
The tour driver was great. Lots of juicy stories. She and her horse had a very sweet relationship – he wasn’t just a day laborer. They were a team.
