The Beached Sailboat

The ‘Annie Two’ was anchored near the Reserve last Spring.
We can see it from our living room window.

For eight months we saw no one going to or from the Annie Two.
A big storm hit 2 days ago and the Annie Two broke loose from her moorings.

Today we had a break in the storm. I headed over to the Reserve to take a look.

It’s a 10 minute walk through the woods to get to the beach at the Reserve.

A few Dunlans and Gulls were there

The boat was a couple hundred yards down the beach.

The hull looked solid. Lots of wildlife attached to the bottom.
